**Process & Requirement**

How we understand skin and the science behind it drives everything we do. We're searching for a Product Trainer who has got a solid understanding of skin science along with the ability to deliver & demonstrate solutions and treatments. If you’re curious about deepening your understanding of skin and its science along with building strong relationships with our partners, we’d love to have you on our team You will work very closely with the Sales & Technical Training Team at AMINU alongside the Co-founder.

How do we wish to build this role with you? Conducting demos of AMINU treatments & products with key stakeholders of any prospective salon partner.

Responsible for training in particular regions/clients assigned

Coordinating with the sales team across assigned region

Working on a planned schedule for the training of existing/new clients and taking full responsibility for the completion of training

Coordinating all training programs with the Senior Training Manager Meeting with prospective clients as and when arranged by the Senior Training Manager/Sales Team

Knowledge or Experience in:
Good communication skills and People person

Self-driven and takes ownership of responsibilities Is a problem solver & adaptable to the idea of a start-up environment

Passionate about working in the skincare industry

A deep understanding of skin, skin concerns, and skincare is essential.

CIDESCO/Lakme/CIBTEC certification is essential.

Experience Duration: 1-2 years of experience working. We are okay with having freshers on board too.

2. Fill up the Google form shared with you and complete an initial hygiene assignment

3. There will be 3 interview rounds to understand your fitment in our team. The joining date can be immediate as well.

We work Our Monday to Saturday (a 6-day week helps us keep up with our fast-growing pace). office timings are 10 AM to 7 PM but if you get done early, you are free to head home basis open communication with your manager

We are open to discussing the compensation.
