Role Description
We are seeking a licensed and experienced Aesthetic Nurse with a strong background in skincare and non-surgical cosmetic procedures. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with PRP, GFC, fat burn injections, and related aesthetic treatments. The role also includes providing professional skincare services at clients' homes, ensuring continuity of care beyond the clinic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform advanced skincare and aesthetic procedures, including:
- PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) Therapy
- GFC (Growth Factor Concentrate) Treatments
- Fat Burn / Lipolytic Injections
- Microneedling, mesotherapy, chemical peels, and other dermatological procedures
- Deliver home care services including follow-up treatments, post-procedure care, and basic aesthetic services in a hygienic, safe, and customer-centric manner.
- Assess and evaluate patients' skin and body conditions and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Educate clients on the treatment process, aftercare, and long-term skincare regimens.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, infection control, and patient safety both in-clinic and during home visits.
- Keep accurate documentation of all treatments, follow-ups, and outcomes.
- Coordinate with dermatologists and clinic staff for seamless client experience.
- Participate in training, clinic meetings, and continuous professional development.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Registered Nurse (GNM / BSc Nursing) with valid license/certification.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in dermatology or aesthetic practice.
- Trained and certified in PRP, GFC, fat burn injections, and cosmetic injectables.
- Comfortable traveling to patient locations for home care appointments (within serviceable areas).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first approach.
- Good clinical judgment, professional appearance, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage schedules for home care efficiently.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with skincare products and at-home regimens.
- Experience with portable medical devices used in-home setups.
- Fluency in English and local languages.
