Supervise daily front desk operations, ensuring smooth guest check-in/out
- Provide exceptional guest service and resolve complaints promptly
- Train, coach, and support front office team members
- Schedule staff and manage shift coverage
- Monitor room availability, reservations, and special guest requests
- Handle cash transactions, billing, and daily financial reports
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments
- Use property management systems (PMS) for guest and booking management
- Enforce resort policies, procedures, and safety standards
- Maintain a professional, welcoming lobby environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17,500.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
