**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in preparing **financial reports, statements, and budgets**.
- Support daily accounting tasks such as **data entry, reconciliation, and expense tracking**.
- Conduct financial and business performance analysis to support decision-making.
- Assist in **tracking key financial and operational performance indicators (KPIs)**.
- Help with audits, compliance documentation, and internal controls.
- Monitor **cash flow, invoices, and accounts payable/receivable**.
- Research market trends, competitor data, and investment opportunities.
- Provide administrative and analytical support to the finance team.
- Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in **Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field**.
- Strong **analytical, numerical, and performance tracking skills**.
- Proficiency in **MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint** (knowledge of financial dashboards, ERP, or BI tools is a plus).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
