**Position Overview**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team. This job offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in consulting with mid and large corporates across multiple industries. You will work closely with senior analysts and gain valuable insights into the financial consulting industry.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assisting in preliminary screening and due-diligence before client engagement.
- Assisting in scrutinizing the financial health of the company by analyzing balance sheets, identifying trends and patterns.
- Assist in preparing financial models, forecasts, and valuations for clients and other stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and analysis to support investment decisions and strategic planning.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports and board notes for client meetings and suitable investor/ lender discussions.
- Collaborate with senior analysts on various client engagements and projects.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices.

**Qualifications**

1. MBA Finance from a reputed college

2. ⁠Chartered Accountant

**Skills**
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in analyzing company balance sheet and financial ratios.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactiveness in execution and analysis.
