Job Summary:

Finance Analyst will be responsible for assisting in structuring, executing, and syndicating debt transactions for corporate clients. preparing credit analysis, and managing client relationships to ensure successful debt placements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct financial analysis, credit assessment, and due diligence of client companies.
  • Help to Prepare financial models, and credit appraisal notes for debt transactions.
  • Assist in managing end-to-end execution, from deal origination to closure, including documentation and compliance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and lenders to identify new business opportunities.
  • Keep abreast of market trends, regulatory developments, and industry best practices in debt syndication.

Key Requirements:

  • Education: B Com Having Expriance of CA Firm.
  • Experience: 1-4 years of experience
  • Understanding of Balance Sheet.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, M D Word, PowerPoint, and financial databases.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹35,000.00 per month
