- Position: UX Writer
- Location: Hyderabad/Remote
- Reporting to: Senior Product Designer

**About the Role**:
This role is for an experienced UX writer, passionate about using writing skills to shape user
- experiences that promotes users to complete tasks. You will be joining a fast-growing environment
- and working with cross-functional teams to build products, driving fast growth.

**Key success metrics for this role**
- Solve customer-facing UI/UX issues through UX writing skills
- Improve user experience

**Responsibilities**:

- Writing and editing skills to write UI/UX copy that facilitates user navigation, onboarding,
- error messages, instructional materials, notifications, and other pieces of the complete
- user experience.

- Provide UX writing and content strategy to the team throughout the product development
- process
- Collaborate with Product Managers, UX designers, and marketing managers, and
- conduct user research to ensure that content appears properly for all users.
- Develop well-researched points of view, while remaining open to adjustments based on

**MUST Skills**:

- Strong strategic, creative, attention to detail, and conceptual abilities, with an unrelenting
- passion for user-focused product experiences.
- Familiarity with user experience research tools and framework
- Have strong command over the language to write from scratch, edit existing copy, and
- think beyond what is already written in UI design and other documents
- 1+ years of writing, editorial, marketing, or UX writing experience with a technology
- company
- Detailed understanding of user experience design and research
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and creating style guidelines
