**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct routine inspections of the resort’s infrastructure, rooms, utilities, and equipment.
- Perform regular **preventive maintenance** of electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning, and other systems.
- Handle guest complaints related to maintenance issues promptly and efficiently.
- Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts).
- Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and spare parts.
- Ensure the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of all technical and common areas.
- Monitor energy and water usage to promote efficient consumption and cost savings.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance tasks, repairs, and service schedules.
- Assist in setting up or rearranging facilities for events and conferences when required.
- Adhere to health, safety, and environmental policies and ensure compliance with resort standards.

**Required Qualifications**:

- ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or relevant technical field.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in maintenance, preferably in the **hospitality or resort industry**.
- Basic knowledge of **HVAC systems, electrical panels, plumbing, and carpentry**.
- Ability to read technical manuals and drawings.
- Familiarity with health and safety standards and compliance.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual tasks and flexible work hours.

**Work Schedule**:
Full-time, rotational shifts including weekends and holidays.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
