**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Management**: Manage and develop sales strategies for both General Trade (GT) and Modern Trade (MT) channels within the Pune/PCMC region to achieve sales targets.
- **Market Knowledge**: Utilize in-depth knowledge of the Pune/PCMC market to drive sales and increase market share for FMCG products.
- **Channel Development**: Build and maintain relationships with key retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and modern trade outlets. Ensure proper product placement and visibility in all channels.
- **Data Handling**: Efficiently manage and analyze sales data, keeping track of stock levels, sales trends, and market demands using tools like Excel and databases.
- **Promotions & Visibility**: Execute promotional activities and ensure brand visibility in the assigned market. Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly.
- **Team Coordination**: Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, and supply chain) to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries to retail outlets.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular sales reports, market feedback, and competitor analysis to management.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: At least 5 years of experience in the FMCG sector, with a strong understanding of both General Trade (GT) and Modern Trade (MT) channels.
- **Market Knowledge**: Solid knowledge of the Pune/PCMC market dynamics and customer preferences.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting. Experience with database handling and analysis is an added advantage.
- **Communication**: Strong communication and negotiation skills to build relationships with clients and partners.
- **Problem Solving**: Ability to address challenges in the sales process and come up with effective solutions.
