**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide a range of barbering services, including haircuts, shaves, beard trims, and other grooming treatments.
- Consult with clients to understand their grooming needs and preferences.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly sanitized and in good working order.
- Stay updated with the latest grooming trends, techniques, and products to provide clients with top-notch services.
- Promote and recommend Truefitt & Hill products to clients to enhance their grooming experience.
- Build and maintain a strong client base through excellent service and professional relationships.
- Uphold Truefitt & Hill’s high standards of service and client care.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a professional barber in a high-end barbershop or salon.
- Valid barbering license from a recognized institution.
- Proficiency in various barbering techniques and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and sanitation.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- A passion for grooming and a keen interest in the latest trends and techniques.
