**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide a range of grooming services, including haircuts, styling, beard grooming, and other men's grooming treatments.
- Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend styles that suit their features and lifestyles.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in men’s hair and grooming to provide informed advice to clients.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to salon hygiene and safety standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Collaborate with the salon team to ensure a positive work environment and excellent customer service.
- Promote salon services and products to clients.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a stylist in a men’s salon or barbershop.
- Proficiency in various haircutting techniques and grooming services.
- Excellent communication skills; fluency in Tamil, English, and Hindi is a must.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Flexibility to work 7 days a week with one day off.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Hair styling: 1 year (preferred)
- Hair Coloring: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Hindi (preferred)
