As a Hair Stylist at our cosmetology clinic, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality hair care services to our clients. You'll collaborate closely with our team of beauty professionals to enhance our clients' appearance and boost their confidence through expert hairstyling techniques. This role requires creativity, technical skill, and a passion for staying updated with the latest trends in hair care and fashion.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Consultation and Client Interaction**:

- Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their hair care needs, preferences, and expectations.
- Provide knowledgeable advice and recommendations on hair care products, styling techniques, and overall hair health.
- **Hair Cutting and Styling**:

- Perform precision haircuts based on clients' preferences and facial features.
- Create and execute a variety of hair styling techniques including blowouts, updos, curls, and braids.
- **Hair Coloring and Treatment**:

- Provide hair treatments such as deep conditioning, keratin treatments, and scalp massages to improve hair texture and health.
- **Product Knowledge and Sales**:

- Stay updated on the latest trends in hair care products and recommend appropriate products to clients for at-home care.
- Promote and sell salon products to enhance clients' styling and maintenance routines.
- **Sanitation and Maintenance**:

- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the salon, including workstations, tools, and equipment.
- Ensure all tools and equipment are properly sanitized and in good working condition.
- **Professional Development**:

- Attend training sessions, workshops, and seminars to stay current with industry trends and techniques.
- Continuously improve skills and knowledge in hair styling, cutting, and coloring techniques.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist, preferably in a salon or cosmetology clinic setting.
- Certification from a recognized cosmetology school or relevant apprenticeship program.
- Proficiency in a wide range of hair styling techniques and hair care products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
