**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced **Civil Foreman(for building)** to oversee daily site operations on building construction projects. The Foreman will coordinate and supervise workers, ensure adherence to safety and quality standards, and maintain efficient workflow to meet project deadlines.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate activities of construction workers, subcontractors, and equipment operators on-site.
- Interpret construction drawings and specifications to guide construction activities.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved plans, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Monitor material usage and coordinate timely deliveries of construction materials.
- Maintain daily site records, including manpower, work progress, equipment usage, and incidents.
- Report progress and issues to the Site Engineer or Project Manager regularly.
- Conduct toolbox talks and enforce compliance with health and safety procedures.
- Identify potential delays or issues and recommend solutions to maintain schedule.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools and machinery.
- Coordinate with subcontractors for specific trades (masonry, plumbing, electrical, etc.).
- Assist in setting out levels and layout for building components.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Diploma in Civil Engineering or relevant technical certification (ITI/Trade Certificate).
- Minimum 15 years of hands-on experience in building construction, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of building methods, materials, and safety regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Good leadership and communication skills to manage teams and liaise with engineers.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions on-site.
- Physically fit and willing to work in outdoor construction environments.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
