**Key Responsibilities**:Pump Assembly Foreman
- **Pump Knowledge**:
Thorough understanding of various pump types, components, and operational principles to guide assembly and troubleshooting.
- **Repair Time Management**:
Plan and oversee repair schedules to ensure timely completion and mínimal downtime.
- **Leadership**:
Supervise, guide, and motivate the pump assembly team to maintain high performance and discipline.
- **Electrical Wiring**:
Hands-on experience in basic to intermediate electrical connections related to pump motors and controls.
- **Teamwork**:
Foster collaboration within the maintenance team and across departments to ensure seamless workflow.
- **Communication**:
Clearly report progress, issues, and suggestions to management; communicate expectations and safety protocols to the team.
- **Problem Solving**:
Diagnose and resolve technical faults efficiently; adapt solutions under pressure.
- **Assembly Testing**:
Ensure all assembled pumps undergo thorough testing prior to commissioning to meet performance standards.
- **Quality Control**:
Maintain high standards in assembly and repair work; enforce inspection procedures to ensure compliance with quality and safety norms.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
