We are looking for Foreman Civil to join our commercial tower at Udyog Vihar.
- The Civil Foreman will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating construction activities, ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
- **Site Supervision**: Oversee day-to-day activities on construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Coordinate and supervise the work of construction crews and subcontractors
- **Project Planning**: Assist in the development of project plans, including work schedules, resource requirements, and material deliveries
- Collaborate with the project manager to ensure project milestones are met
- **Quality Control**:Monitor construction work to ensure it meets specified quality standards
- Conduct regular inspections and address any issues or deviations promptly
- **Team Leadership**:Provide leadership and guidance to construction crews
- Train and mentor new team members as needed
- **Communication**:Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders
- Report progress, issues, and changes to the project manager
- **Material Management**: Coordinate the delivery and use of construction materials
- Ensure proper storage and handling of materials on-site
- **Problem-Solving**: Identify and resolve issues that may impact construction schedules or quality
- Collaborate with project teams to find effective solutions
- **Documentation**:Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of construction activities, including daily logs and progress reports
- Ensure compliance with project documentation requirements

**Must have own Vehicle (Bike)**

**Qualification: Diploma - Civil**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus

**Experience**:
