**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise daily roadwork activities including earthwork, WMM, GSB, DBM, BC, etc.
- Allocate tasks and monitor the performance of site workers and machinery.
- Ensure work is carried out as per project specifications and quality standards.
- Coordinate with engineers, surveyors, and subcontractors for timely progress.
- Maintain site safety and housekeeping standards.
- Record daily progress, material usage, and manpower deployment.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma / ITI / equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering preferred.
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in road/highway projects.
- Strong knowledge of road construction methods, machinery, and materials.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle a team and meet project timelines.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
