Network Administrator Role Description

Key Responsibilities:
Network Troubleshooting & Management:

- Diagnose and resolve network-related issues, including those where systems work on the server but not on workstations or remote locations.
- Manage LAN, WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi, and cloud networking in Azure and AWS to ensure seamless connectivity.
- Monitor, configure, and troubleshoot firewalls to maintain data security and prevent unauthorized access.

Firewall & Security Management:

- Configure, manage, and troubleshoot firewalls to secure the network from cyber threats.
- Implement security protocols such as TLS to protect data transmission and ensure privacy.
- Update and manage antivirus software to safeguard against malware and viruses.

Active Directory, Cloud & Domain Management:

- Administer Active Directory (AD) for user account management, authentication processes, and group policy management.
- Troubleshoot and maintain DNS configurations to ensure seamless domain accessibility and network connectivity.
- Manage Azure Active Directory (AAD) and AWS IAM for cloud-based identity and access management.
- Ensure integration between on-premises and cloud networks (Azure/AWS) to maintain business continuity.

Qualifications:

- Strong knowledge of SMTP settings, firewalls, antivirus software, and cloud networking (Azure & AWS).
- Hands-on experience with Active Directory, DNS, TLS protocols, and cloud identity management.
- Proficiency in firewall configuration, cloud security, and network monitoring tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Security+, Microsoft Azure, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are a plus.

NOTE : Azure and AWS knowledge is mandatory.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
