**Responsibilities**:
1.Provide technical support to employees regarding software, hardware, and network-related issues.
2.Troubleshoot and resolve IT problems promptly to minimize downtime.
3.Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals.
4.Manage and maintain the organization's network infrastructure, including servers, routers, switches, and firewalls.
5.Ensure data security and integrity by implementing appropriate measures such as backups, antivirus software, and access controls.
6.Stay updated with the latest technology trends and recommend upgrades or enhancements to improve efficiency and productivity.
7.Administer software licenses and ensure compliance with licensing agreements.
9.Provide training and support to employees on software usage and best practices.
10.Collaborate with vendors and IT service providers for software procurement and support.
11.Configure and maintain network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, VPN, and Wi-Fi.
12.Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.

**Requirements**:

5.Familiarity with office administration tasks and procedures.

9.Certification in relevant IT fields (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator) is a plus.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
