**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled **Network Administrator** to maintain and support our organization’s network infrastructure. You’ll ensure the performance, security, and reliability of internal systems and connectivity while troubleshooting and resolving network issues efficiently.

**Responsibilities**
- Install, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN, firewalls, routers, switches, and other network devices.
- Monitor network performance and proactively identify issues or bottlenecks.
- Ensure network security and data integrity through firewalls, VPNs, and access controls.
- Perform regular backups and disaster recovery planning.
- Support users with network-related issues and provide technical assistance.
- Maintain documentation of network configurations and procedures.
- Collaborate with IT and cybersecurity teams to implement upgrades and improvements.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in network administration or IT infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.).
- Experience with firewalls, routers, switches, VPNs, and cloud networking (Azure, AWS, or similar).
- Familiarity with network monitoring tools and diagnostic software.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Relevant certifications (CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or similar).
- Experience with Windows and Linux server environments.
- Understanding of cybersecurity best practices.
- Experience in enterprise or multi-site environments.
