Designation: Network Administration

Location: Hyderabad (Hitech City)
Shift; Night (Own Commute)
Qualification: Graduation with excellent communication skills (interact with US team if required)
Notice Period: Immediate joiner

**Responsibilities**:

- Design, configure, and maintain Cisco L2/L3 switches.
- Manage and support firewall solutions, including Fortinet, Palo Alto, and Cisco firewalls.
- Implement and manage Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) solutions.
- Oversee and maintain wireless network infrastructure.
- Monitor network performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
- Troubleshoot network issues and outages, providing timely resolutions.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to develop and implement network solutions that align with organizational goals.
- Implement and manage network security measures to protect data, software, and hardware.
- Perform regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.
- Respond to security breaches and network incidents.
- Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Generate regular reports on network performance and security status.
- Work closely with other departments to understand their networking needs and provide solutions.

**Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in any stream.

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience in network administration.
- Extensive experience with Cisco routing and switching.
- Proven experience managing Fortinet, Palo Alto, and Cisco firewalls.
- Experience with Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) implementation and management.
- Strong knowledge of wireless networking technologies.

Certifications:

- CCNA/CCNP required.
- Additional certifications in network security or other relevant areas are a plus (e.g., Fortinet NSE, Palo Alto PCNSA/PCNSE).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
