**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install, configure, and support LAN, WAN, and internet systems or a segment of a network system.
- Monitor network performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
- Troubleshoot network problems, outages, and coordinate with vendors or service providers as needed.
- Configure and support firewall, routers, switches, and wireless infrastructure.
- Maintain network documentation, logs, and procedures.
- Ensure network security and connectivity through firewalls, VPNs, and antivirus policies.
- Perform regular backups and implement disaster recovery measures.
- Collaborate with IT support teams to resolve hardware/software issues related to networking.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
- Experience with tools such as Wireshark, SolarWinds, or similar network monitoring tools.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
