**Network Administrator Job Description:Key Responsibilities**:

- **Network Installation and Configuration**:

- Set up and configure LANs (Local Area Networks), WANs (Wide Area Networks), VPNs (Virtual Private Networks), and other network systems.
- Install and manage network hardware like routers, switches, and firewalls.
- **Network Maintenance and Troubleshooting**:

- Monitor network performance to ensure availability and reliability.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Implement network upgrades, patches, and routine maintenance.
- **Security Management**:

- Maintain network security through firewalls, antivirus solutions, and access controls.
- Monitor and respond to security breaches, and conduct vulnerability assessments.
- Implement and maintain data encryption protocols and secure configurations.
- **Network Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain documentation of network configurations, processes, and layouts.
- Prepare network reports detailing performance metrics, usage statistics, and downtime issues.
- **User Support**:

- Provide technical support to end-users experiencing network-related issues.
- Educate staff on network usage and best practices.
- **Backup and Recovery**:

- Plan and implement network backup strategies.
- Ensure regular backups and proper disaster recovery procedures.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:

- Work with IT teams to implement new solutions and improve existing systems.
- Coordinate with vendors for equipment purchasing, software solutions, and external services.
- **Monitoring and Optimization**:

- Use network monitoring tools to identify and fix bottlenecks, latency, and other issues.
- Optimize network infrastructure for better performance and scalability.

**Required Skills**:

- Proficiency in network operating systems (e.g., Cisco, Juniper, Windows Server).
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and network protocols.
- Experience with routing and switching.
- Familiarity with network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Wireshark).
- Knowledge of firewalls, VPNs, and security protocols.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent documentation and communication abilities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Professional certifications like Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), CompTIA Network+, or similar.
- Previous experience in a network administration at least 6 months

**Work Environment**:

- Office-based, with occasional on-site visits to troubleshoot or upgrade network systems.
- May require after-hours or on-call work during network outages or emergencies

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
