The studio aims to reinvent and personalize the Great Indian Wedding experience by offering curated, handmade wedding ceremony essentials and gifting. Located in Chandigarh, Pataaree Studios brings a personal touch to traditional celebrations, making each wedding unique and memorable.

**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relationship Executive (CRM) at Pataaree Studios. The CRM will be responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction, managing business relationships, providing excellent customer service, fostering client relations, and effective communication with clients and team members on a day-to-day basis.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Engagement & Retention**:
Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers through effective communication and engagement strategies.
Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.

**CRM Strategy Implementation**:
Develop and execute CRM campaigns to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Analyze customer data to identify trends and insights for improving customer experiences.
Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system to ensure accuracy and reliability.

**Performance Monitoring**:
Monitor and report on CRM metrics such as customer satisfaction, churn rate, and campaign performance.
Suggest improvements based on analytics and feedback.

**Qualifications**
Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Client Relations skills
Business Relationship Management and Communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients
Experience in the events or wedding industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
