- Achieve a minimum of 8 new subscriptions daily.**_

- Effectively communicate the value proposition of TopWorker's products and services to potential customers.**_

- Utilize various sales techniques, including door-to-door sales and cold calling, to acquire new subscribers.**_
- **2. Affiliate Marketing Agent Recruitment**:_

- Recruit and train a minimum of 5 Affiliate Marketing Agents monthly.**_

- Provide ongoing support and training to ensure the success of recruited agents.**_

- Foster strong relationships with agents to encourage long-term partnerships.**_
- **3. Sales Targets**:_

- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets set by TopWorker.**_

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve organizational goals.**_
- **4. Customer Relationship Management**:_

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and agents.**_

- Address customer concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally.**_
- **5. Reporting**:_

- Submit daily and weekly reports on sales activities, subscriptions, and agent recruitment to the sales manager.**_

- Proven experience in field sales, preferably in a subscription-based or affiliate marketing industry.**_
