Customer Relationship Officer

1. Build relationships with key employees among customers

2. Create plans to address clients’ business needs

3. Advise clients on creating profitable processes

4. Schedule regular meetings with customers to ensure they are satisfied

5. Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate

6. Help sales team up-sell or cross-sell services and products

7. Ensure both the company and clients adhere to contract terms

8. Study competition to find new ways to retain customers

9. Set sales and revenue targets and work diligently to meet them

10. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. sales, engineers, senior management) to address customers’ needs

11. Lead Generation from raw data and assign the leads to concern sales person

12. Regular follow up with Sales team regarding the lead status

13. Submit work report on daily basis

14. Submit weekly and monthly reports as and when required.

2. Minimum Graduate

3. Very good communications

4. Minimum Experience of 3 years in Customer Service or Customer Relationship

5. Immediate Joiner

6. Willing to work at Zirakpur Area

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:
