**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle order processing efficiently from initiation to fulfillment.
- Communicate with clients to provide updates and address concerns.
- Optimize processes to improve workflow efficiency and ensure timely delivery.
- Track and analyze customer satisfaction feedback for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with sales, production, design, purchase, and dispatch teams to streamline fulfillment.
- Work on getting repeat orders by maintaining strong client relationships.
- Enhance the company's portfolio by adding new products from existing clients.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and confidentiality protocols.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
- Proven experience in process coordination, order management, or a similar role.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and process management tools.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data responsibly.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

- Chandigarh, Chandigarh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
