**ROLE PROFILE**

If you are excited about data and insights and passionate about consumer product offerings with an innovative mindset for improvement, then we think this role is for you. You need to be a skilled market analyst who has a proven understanding of the full lifecycle of a product, from conception to release. We’re looking for a confident assistant who can collaborate with cross-functional teams in the creation of products that improve customer experience and grow market share. You will support the Product Owner with the detailed specification and documentation as well as the planning of the product releases and the testing.

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Works with the Product Owner/Manager/Market stakeholders to define and document business and technical requirements (into required templates such as the BRD and into JIRA)
- Translates requirements into fully defined user stories, Help manage the product backlog and prioritise based on market priority and roadmap, ensures prompt upload to JIRA (or wherever these will be tracker) and ensures ongoing management as the project progresses
- Guide feasibility validation of new features and validation of new features with markets using artifacts like wireframes etc
- Works closely with third party development partner to ensure they are briefed on requirements and change requests as needed
- Owns management of the following artefacts: JIRA board for Helix product, Backlog of requirements & UAT tracker
- Guide technical and functional testing for Product releases
- Guide technical and functional clarifications during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions, market onboarding and product support
