**Your responsibilities**:

- Develop & maintain the Analytical Platform (Platinum Book, Inventory etc.) and all projects associated with it. Drive service launch activities, including completion of all required deliverables for production readiness.
- Act as the escalation point in case service continuity is compromised (major and critical incident), and ensure, in close cooperation with resolution team, that mitigation actions for service restorations are in place and business/customer/consumer are informed and correctly aligned.
- Cooperate with internal and external delivery units for the innovation and continual improvement activities for service delivery processes. Accountable for ensuring process are operationally working at the right level.
- Support all Analytical Projects on the required Data & Analytics platform that the product owner is managing. Design and support on time delivery of Analytical processes with proper service quality.
- Ensure satisfaction with EL Business Heads and similar stakeholders, by understanding their strategic and tactical needs, making sure actions are taken to close any gaps, and influences stakeholder perceptions of the relevant Analytical projects.
- Ensure work in the delivery domain department is compliant with all applicable ABB Regulations and ABB Group Guidelines.
- Reviews the demand of resources based on volume and skill set along with other D&A Leaders.

**Your background**:

- Master’s Degree in information management, computer systems, business engineering or similar.
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in working on Business Solutions.
- Strong experience in leading IS vendor teams. Experience of identifying and resolving issues between team members or other teams.
- Strong experience around modernized and digital product services and delivery.
- Excellent experience to figure out business requirements and how to translate into technical IS capabilities and solutions.
- Excellent IS development and operations skills and a deep understanding of the overall context of business processes and IS technologies.
- Strong communication and people management skills.
