You will be working as EL D&A Product Owner and will be part of Electrification business area and division based in Bangalore, India. In this role you will be reporting to Global IS Domain Service Manager and will be responsible to become a performance led data driven company, D&A has to play a critical role. With the new direction and focused approach to monitor and measure the key performance metrics, Data Analytics organization (D&A) orchestrated the vision for the D&A in alignment with the ABB Way by translating business strategy into D&A strategy. The new D&A strategy enables ABB to meet emerging business demands, address pressing challenges and propel ABB to gain and maintain its competitive edge.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Driving E2E Analytical Project Execution which includes functional planning, technical solutioning, ETL development, data visualization output, UAT and Go Live
- Performing business analysis to provide insights and key findings that led to all round better decision making as well as reduction of overall costs
- Driving regular communication with team members to determine the status of various project milestones and potential roadblocks that need to be resolved
- Driving crisp communication with key business stakeholders to ensure clear linkage between project objectives and EL business strategic initiatives
- Covering Issue Identification and resolution to ensure project is on track
- Driving quality assurance within the technical team to ensure on time, actionable, ‘First time right’ solutions to the business
- Managing complete documentation of the project from planning to operations handover phase
- Partnering with senior leaders to build delivery roadmap for all projects within a specific analytical product

**Your background**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from Engineering or Technology background
- Minimum 10 years of combined experience as a Business Domain SME, Functional Analyst, Product Owner or Product Manager
- Deep understanding of Finance and Controlling domain knowledge and experience with SAP
- Preferred certification in PMP, SAFe5 POPM, CSPO & ITIL certified with optional certification in CSM & PSPO
- Proficiency in Stakeholder Management, Business Process Management & Team Management
- Preferred experience in Managing E2E Analytical projects in Snowflake
