**Location**: Chandannagar, Hooghly, West Bengal - 712136.

**Job Summary**:
As a Telemarketing Executive, you will generate leads, set appointments, and support sales by contacting potential clients, understanding their needs, and communicating the value of our products and services. You will collaborate with the sales team and occasionally join senior members for in-person client meetings.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Research and identify potential clients; conduct cold calls to generate leads.
- Introduce products/services and assess client needs.
- Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar.
- Build and nurture client relationships through effective communication.
- Stay updated on product features, benefits, and pricing.
- Deliver persuasive sales pitches and follow up to convert leads.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with sales team to support deal closures.
- Participate in in-person sales calls when needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience in telemarketing or sales is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and persuasive phone manner.
- Strong organizational skills and CRM proficiency.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and willing to travel locally.
