Job Title**:Accounts Executive - Immediate Joining - Female**

**Responsibilities**:
1. Financial Record Maintenance:

- Accurately record sales, purchase, and expenses voucher entries.
- Manage job work outward, including dispatch and receiving voucher entries.
- Ensure precise entries in the internal Google Drive system.
- Maintain accurate documentation for job work-related activities.

2. Tax Compliance:

- Prepare and reconcile GST and TDS returns.
- Generate and validate E-way bills for dispatch and inward.
- Facilitate the timely submission of PF, ESI, and other statutory returns.

3. Payroll and HR Support:

- Prepare salary sheets and ensure compliance with payroll regulations.
- Prepare and submit PF and ESI returns and payments.

4. Banking and Documentation:

- Manage banking-related mails and documentation for the company and personal.
- Coordinate exports documentation, liaising with CHA for seamless transactions.

5. Reporting and Analysis:

- Prepare timely reports for internal use, including cost sheets.
- Assist in the verification of job worker bills with corresponding challans.
- Prepare cargo related reports for clients.

6. Stock and Audit Support:

- Maintain detailed stock records and facilitate stock audits.
- Support statutory audit processes and provide necessary documentation.

7. Compliance and Follow-Up:

- Ensure timely payment of all taxes.
- Follow-up for outstanding payments.
- Collaborate with related parties to complete necessary documentation.

8. Filing and Organization:

- Maintain meticulous documentation and filing systems for easy access.
- Verify and reconcile job work-related documentation.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven 3 years of experience in a senior accounting role with exposure to the garments manufacturing industry.
- In-depth knowledge of GST, TDS, and other relevant tax regulations.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
