The Back Office Sales Executive plays a crucial role in supporting the sales team by managing administrative tasks, processing orders, and ensuring seamless communication between clients and internal departments. This position is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, organized, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
Note: _**Compulsory experience of portals like Indiamart, Alibaba etc. - This is Must.**_
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Order Processing**: Manage and process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- **Database Management**: Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring all information is accurate and current.
- **Sales Support**: Assist the sales team by preparing sales reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.
- **Client Communication**: Handle inquiries from clients regarding orders, product availability, and pricing, providing excellent customer service.
- **Inventory Coordination**: Collaborate with inventory management to track stock levels and coordinate replenishment.
- **Documentation**: Prepare and maintain documentation related to sales transactions, contracts, and other relevant paperwork.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with sales, marketing, and finance teams to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
- **Market Research**: Assist in gathering market data and competitor analysis to support sales strategies.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably in [industry, e.g., retail, fashion, etc.].
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
- **Attention to Detail**: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in processing orders and managing data.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
