**Job Title: IELTS Trainer**

**Salary: INR 18,000 - INR 23,000 per month**

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and deliver effective IELTS preparation classes covering all four modules: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking.
- Develop comprehensive lesson plans, practice tests, and study materials aligned with IELTS exam requirements.
- Assess students' language proficiency levels, track progress, and provide targeted feedback and strategies for improvement.
- Conduct mock exams and simulations to familiarize students with the exam format, timing, and scoring criteria.
- Motivate and guide students to achieve their target IELTS scores through personalized coaching and support.
- Stay updated with IELTS exam trends, changes, and resources to ensure high-quality training delivery.
- Collaborate with colleagues and management to enhance curriculum effectiveness and student outcomes.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience in teaching IELTS preparation courses and helping students achieve their target scores.
- In-depth knowledge of the IELTS exam format, scoring criteria, and assessment standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for teaching and guiding students towards academic and career success.
- Ability to create engaging and interactive learning experiences.
- Familiarity with language teaching methodologies, resources, and technology-enhanced learning is advantageous.
