**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and conduct engaging and interactive spoken English classes for students of varying proficiency levels.
- Develop customized lesson plans and learning materials to meet the specific needs and goals of individual students.
- Evaluate students' language skills through assessments and provide constructive feedback to facilitate improvement.
- Create a supportive and motivating learning environment that encourages active participation and language fluency.
- Monitor student progress, maintain accurate records of attendance and performance, and communicate with parents or guardians as needed.
- Stay updated with language teaching methodologies, resources, and industry trends to enhance teaching effectiveness.
- Collaborate with colleagues and management to contribute to curriculum development and program improvement initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience in teaching spoken English to students of diverse backgrounds and proficiency levels.
- Excellent command of the English language with clear pronunciation and grammar skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage and motivate students effectively.
- Passion for teaching and helping students achieve language fluency and confidence.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with language teaching methodologies, resources, and technology-enhanced learning is a plus.
