**IELTS - TRAINER**

**Key Result Areas (KRAs)**:

- **Develop and deliver exceptional IELTS curriculum**: Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive and effective IELTS curriculum, ensuring alignment with best practices and exam requirements.
- **Mentor and coach junior trainers**: Foster the professional growth and development of junior trainers through mentorship, coaching, and providing valuable teaching resources.
- **Drive student success through innovative teaching**: Continuously improve teaching methodologies and incorporate innovative approaches to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.
- **Analyze student data and optimize program effectiveness**: Utilize data and feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimize the IELTS preparation program for maximum student success.

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:
**Curriculum and Innovation**:

- High student satisfaction with the comprehensiveness and effectiveness of the curriculum (quarterly surveys)

**Trainer Development and Support**:

- Track and maintain staff attendance
- Improved teaching performance of junior trainers based on evaluations (bi-annually)
- High satisfaction rate among junior trainers regarding mentorship and support (annual surveys)

**Student Achievement**:

- Increased student enrollment in higher-level IELTS preparation courses (annually)

**Content Creation**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging and informative video content related to IELTS preparation.
- Script engaging video lessons on specific IELTS test sections (Reading, Listening, Writing, Speaking).
- Assist with the creation of other learning materials, such as practice tests and worksheets.

**Staff Management**:

- Approve leave mail requests from IELTS training staff in accordance with company policies.
- Oversee the overall performance and well-being of the IELTS training team.

**Reporting**:

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on student progress, attendance, and course feedback.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
