**Job description**

**Responsibilities**:

- Research potential vendors, compare and evaluate offers from suppliers.
- Procurement of Raw material, Packing material, and forecast upcoming levels of demand
- Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing, track orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Review quality of purchased products
- Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices.
- Responsible for the Purchase & Procurement activities including Quotation collection, Purchase requisition, floating enquirers, issuing PO, payment approval requisitions and follow up for materials and invoice.
- Managing supplier relations and negotiating contracts, prices, timelines, etc.
- Managing returns and rejections professionally & promptly with suppliers.
- Travel to vendor locations for product check, during sampling and loading of the procured material.
- Degree/Masters with 1 or 2 years of experience in Procurement or Freshers who can join immediately.
- Good communication skills (English and Hindi) and negotiation skills.
- Teamwork oriented
- Ready to travel at least 40 - 50% in a month to various states in India. Immediate joining is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
