As a Student Counselor, you will play a key role in guiding CA aspirants through their preparation journey. You will be responsible for providing personalized counseling to students, offering valuable insights, and converting leads into successful enrollments. By engaging with students over telephonic/video calls, you will build lasting relationships, helping them choose the right test series and mentorship programs to maximize their chances of success. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Offer personalized counseling to students, understanding their goals, needs, and guiding them toward the best study options and mentorship programs.
- Handle inbound and outbound leads, engaging with prospective students via telephonic or video calls.
- Effectively communicate the various CA exam test series offered by the company.
- Assist in achieving team sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business.
- Actively work towards converting leads into successful enrollments.

**Qualifications**:

- A graduate degree in any field.
- Fresher or with 1 year of experience in sales, counseling, or customer support.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
