**Job Overview**:
As an Academic Counselor at StudyCaller EduTech Pvt. Ltd., you will play a pivotal role in guiding CA aspirants through their preparation journey. You will be responsible for counseling students, providing valuable insights, and converting leads into successful sales. By engaging with students over telephonic/video calls, you will create lasting relationships, ensuring they choose the right test series and mentorship programs to enhance their chances of success. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of the company while making a meaningful impact on the lives of aspiring CA students.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide personalized counseling to students, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the best study and mentorship option.
- Handle inbound and outbound leads, engaging with prospective students through calls (telephonic/video).
- Effectively communicate the value of StudyCaller’s services, convert leads into confirmed sales, and contribute to revenue growth.
- Collaborate with a growing, dynamic team of academic professionals, sales personnel, and support staff to achieve collective business goals.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targerts.
- Efficiently manage time, prioritize leads, and use technology and tools to work smarter, not harder. Maintain a high level of organization and responsibility to meet goals on time.

**Qualification:

- **
- A graduate degree in any field. Familiarity with CA exam structure and preparation strategies is a plus but not required.
- Fresher or with 1 year of experience in sales, counseling, or customer support.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with different departments and contribute to the company's overall success.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
