**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Advise and counsel students on course selection, academic planning, and career pathways.
- Assist students in setting academic goals and provide strategies to achieve them.
- Conduct one-on-one sessions with students to discuss their academic challenges and offer support.
- Provide guidance on study techniques, time management, and stress management.
- Monitor students' academic progress and provide regular feedback to both students and faculty.
- Organize and conduct workshops or group counseling sessions on various academic and career-related topics.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of experience as an **Academic Counselor** or in a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and address the academic and personal needs of students.
- Good knowledge of academic programs, course requirements, and career options.
- A degree in **Education**, **Psychology**, or related fields is preferred.
