**Responsibilities**:
1. Knowledge in Import & Export Documentation and its procedures

2. For Imports communicate with the suppliers regarding documentation, shipping documents, Bill of lading.

3. Coordinate with CHA, CFS, Liners on the shipments which are arriving.

4. Coordinating payment for various vendors such as transporters, liners, CFS, CHA etc.

5. Follow up with origin agent for pre shipment alerts.

6. Arranging payment for liner invoices, Coordinating with liners for D.O, Sending CAN to the respective notify party on time, Issuing D.O once payment.

7. Coordinating inland transportation to the unloading places and placing vehicles.

8. Checking import documents as per regulations.

**Skills Required**:
Good Communication skills (writing and speaking) to communicate with suppliers and customers for documentation. Use of Excel and Word.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
