**Core Role & Responsibilities**:
**Account Management**:Handle multiple buyer accounts, both for exports and domestic brands.
Foster strong relationships with buyers and buying agencies to ensure smooth daily operations and facilitate new product offers.

**Product Knowledge**:Possess basic knowledge of various types of furniture materials, including wood, metal, and fabric.
Understand furniture manufacturing processes and quality standards.

**New Product Development**:Drive new product development initiatives by collaborating with design and production teams.
Ensure timely submission of new product ideas and prototypes to clients, meeting their requirements and preferences.

**Data Management and Analysis**:Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Analyze data, including production reports and cost analysis, to inform decision-making and provide insights to senior management.

**Production Monitoring**:Regularly review weekly production status reports to monitor and track the progress of ongoing projects.
Address any production-related challenges promptly to ensure on-time delivery.

**Communication and Collaboration**:Maintain open communication channels with internal and external teams, providing updates on project progress, approvals, and delivery status.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including design, production, and logistics.

**Pre-Production Meetings (PPM)**:Conduct Pre-Production Meetings with production teams to discuss project requirements, timelines, and any potential obstacles.
Proactively address issues to minimize last-minute challenges.

**Presentation and Documentation**:Prepare comprehensive buyer product presentations, quote sheets, and cost analysis reports in collaboration with senior team members.
Ensure accuracy and clarity in all documentation.

**Relationship Building**:Lead efforts to build strong internal and external relationships that contribute to an efficient, adaptable, and productive work environment.
Strive for continuous improvement in collaboration and communication.

**Background in Furniture**:While a background in furniture is suggested, it is not a strict requirement. A strong interest in and understanding of furniture is beneficial.

**Logistics and Shipping Coordination**:Coordinate and manage shipping logistics, including documentation and coordination with shipping partners.
Ensure that shipments are processed smoothly and meet delivery deadlines.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Proven experience of 4 to 6 years in merchandising or a related role, preferably in the furniture industry.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively convey ideas and information.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing project requirements and priorities.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
