**Job Description**:

- Talent Acquisition specialist will be responsible for assessing the staffing- & selection procedures and then identifying and recruiting the best talent.- Strong sourcing skills : having dealt with LinkedIn, Naukri, Hirist and understanding of new age sourcing tools.
- Strong communication skills and teaming attitude
- Good stake holder management to deal with VPs and Directors with minimum supervision
- Fair understanding of tech hiring space and the challenges of the current market dynamics in tech hiring
- Good data management skills : to maintain Excel and other reports related to recruitment
- Some one who would want to learn and grow with fast paced dynamic setup like ours

Experience Range:
4 - 6 years

Educational Qualifications:
Any graduation,

Job Responsibilities:
1. Must work very closely with the hiring managers to ensure that they adequately understand the needs of the manager and the requirements and expectations of the job.
3. Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls,assessments and in-person interviews
4. Must have in-depth knowledge of the industry in which they recruit.
8. Administer and submit all hiring paperwork for new employees.
9. Generate weekly/monthly dashboards and excel sheets.
10. Working closely with vendors/consultants on the positions.

- 1. 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in the talent acquisition department is preferred. 2. BA/MBA/PGDM (HR) is preferred with 3 years must exp in Mass/ Bulk hiring, Sales hiring,, Corp shared hiring and managing 3-4 people team 3. Proficient in the use of social media and job boards 4. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) 5. Impactful presentation style 6. Excellent organizational and time management skills 7. Ability to multitask and prioritize daily work 8.
