**Hybrid Mode of Working**

**Responsibilities**:

- Consult with clients on overall hiring strategies and tailor your approach accordingly
- Build and develop client account, providing expert consultation to ensure repeat business

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Proven work experience in recruitment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong tenacity and ability to build a solid network
- High on enthusiasm & energy
- Ability to remain focused & goal oriented. Excellent Persuasive skills;
Take initiative, develop & execute new concepts on hiring mid-level talent
- Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. Teams, Zoom, Google Hangouts)
- Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Degree in HR, Computer Science or Mass Communication

**-Minimum 1 to 4 years IT** or Tech recruitment experience
- Strong experience in client development roles

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gurugram, Gurgaon - 122102, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
