Job Description _
- Maintain and service lubricant lab instruments as per the annual maintenance contract.
- Conduct classical and instrumental analysis of lubricant samples and report results to relevant

departments.
- Procure necessary chemicals, glassware, and equipment for the lubricant laboratory.
- Ensure calibration of all measuring equipment according to defined schedules.
- Assist in the development of analytical testing methods for lubricant samples.
- Support the implementation of Quality Management System documents and audits in the department.
- Review and update specifications and test procedures for raw materials, finished products, and packaging.
- Collaborate with procurement to conduct vendor audits and ensure quality compliance.
- Collaborate with plant QC, Manufacturing, and R&D teams to drive quality assurance initiatives.
- Investigate product quality complaints and prepare Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and TS 16949 as per the quality manual.
- Manage the quality and testing parameters of Raw Materials (RM) and Finished Goods (FG) lubricants.
