**In This Role, You Will**
- Support internal and external customers with inquiries and complaints regarding loan servicing needs
- Monitor loan system and resolve customer issues, and process online transactions
- Perform administrative, transactional, operational and customer support tasks
- Act as a primary loan servicing contact and disbursements
- Interact with internal customers
- Collaborate with banks, financial institutions, and legal professionals to streamline loan processing and documentation.

**Required Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of Loan Servicing experience in any industry, or equivalent demonstrated through bank liaisoning, customer interaction and reporting on daily basis.
- Experience in Loan Servicing is a must

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Daily Client Visits and Bank Loan officer interaction
- Loan Maintenance and follow-ups
- Tracking of corrections, Tracking trailing documents and deviations
- Raising Demand Invoice / Payments - customer accounts in the loan servicing system
- Post transactions - Payments, Receipts and Second Transactions
- Update loan system of demand and collection
- CLP and Interest Rate changes
- Review and Process Monthly Billing Statements
- Process Legal Letter Releases and Communications with the Clients
- Collection and Credit Report, Process Cancellations and daily update to the Management

**QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE**
- A range of 2+ years of experience in loan servicing experience
- Basics of Excel customization skills, Report and presentation skills Pivot Tables, etc.,
- Business relationship management skills and the ability to understand the needs of business
- Excellent Communication and Soft-Spoken Skills with Client and Bank Liaising

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: From ₹25,000.00 per month
