The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring cleanliness, orderliness, and an excellent standard of service. The role involves supervising housekeeping staff, maintaining supplies, and ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards.

**Key Responsibilities:Supervisory Duties**:

- Assign and oversee housekeeping tasks to staff members.
- Train new housekeeping employees on proper cleaning procedures and safety protocols.
- Conduct regular inspections of rooms, common areas, and facilities to ensure cleanliness and quality standards.
- Address and resolve any housekeeping-related complaints or issues.

**Operational Duties**:

- Monitor housekeeping inventory, order supplies, and ensure stock levels are maintained.
- Ensure all housekeeping equipment is properly maintained and functioning.
- Implement and enforce housekeeping policies and procedures.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals.

**Quality Control & Compliance**:

- Conduct regular audits to maintain cleanliness standards.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, sanitation, and safety regulations.
- Maintain housekeeping records and reports for management review.

**Team Coordination**:

- Collaborate with other departments, such as front office and maintenance, to ensure smooth operations.
- Organize staff schedules and assign duties effectively.
- Motivate and engage the housekeeping team to maintain high morale and productivity.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (Degree in hospitality management is a plus).
- Proven experience in housekeeping or a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of housekeeping equipment, cleaning techniques, and safety procedures.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

**Work Environment**:

- The role involves standing for extended periods, lifting, and working with cleaning chemicals.
- Fast-paced and physically demanding environment, often in hotels, hospitals, or corporate facilities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
