Sales Promoter/executive

Responsible for motivating sales team and ensuring consumer satisfaction, also training new joinees/ employees occasionally.
- Much of the job consists of administrative tasks, such as writing sales or invoice reports, creating sales presentations, ordering products and equipment, and maintaining consumer information.
- Developing and implementing sales incentive programs to motivate sales team to meet the sales quota for each designated period or devising campaigns to attract more customers.
- Working with other departments, such as marketing or finance, to make certain that all sales and other related operations are running efficiently.
- Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to client's requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
- Helping the sales team to improve their productivity by contacting customers to arrange appointments and ensuring sales team has high-quality, up-to-date support material.
- Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
- Assigning territories and quotas to company sales staff
- Tracking the quotas and goals of each member of the sales team
- Attend essential sales training meetings and develop an understanding of all the company's services and products
- Identify needs for skills improvement
- Evaluate strengths and weaknesses to identify training needs
- Stay up-to-date with the latest sales trends and best practices
- Analyzing & reviewing the market response/ requirements.
- Preparation of weekly/monthly sales team reports and other administrative activities.
**Requirement**:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree.
- Having at least **2-3 years** minimum **experience** in the field of **administration/ operations/sales** would be an added advantage.
- Strong presentation skills and inter-personal skills.
- Ability to create new opportunities through effective interaction and solution development.
- Pro-active communicator, natural sharer of information and collaborator across teams.
- Should have strong customer orientation.
- Commercially knowledgeable intuitive about the market and quick to deliver relevant end user/customer feedback to the concerned team.
- High level of personal integrity, commitment to hard work and working in an open collaborative manner.
- High level of responsibility, with the sense of loyalty and business ethics
- English, Assamese, Hindi language skills is a great plus

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
