About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Conduct market analysis to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client onboarding.
  • Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and other marketing activities to enhance brand visibility.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management (B2B or B2C).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
