Phoenix Eco is a dynamic and innovative Cement products manufacturing company committed to delivering high-quality products/services to our customers. We are expanding our sales team and seeking a motivated Field Sales Representative to join us. If you are a results-driven individual with a passion for building relationships and exceeding sales targets, we want to hear from you.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Prospecting and Lead Generation**:

- Identify and prioritize potential customers in the assigned territory.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
- Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Understand customer requirements and tailor product presentations to meet their needs.
- Provide product demonstrations and effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services.
- **Sales Presentations**:

- Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations to key decision-makers.
- Showcase the features and benefits of our products/services to address customer pain points.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and support.
- **Sales Targets and Reporting**:

- Set and achieve ambitious sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including activity, pipeline, and forecast reports.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- **Market Intelligence**:

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
- Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams to enhance offerings and market positioning.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in field sales or a related role.
- Strong understanding of the [industry] and the ability to articulate the value proposition of our products/services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
