achieve their targets and ensuring smooth operations within the sales department. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- **Administrative Support**:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales proposals, contracts, and presentations.
- Maintain and update sales records, including customer databases, sales reports, and activity logs.
- Manage and organize sales-related documentation and ensure accuracy and completeness.
- **Customer Communication**:
- Act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and requests, addressing their needs promptly and professionally.
- Assist customers with product information and pricing, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with customers to gather feedback and address any concerns or issues in a timely manner.
- **Sales Coordination**:
- Coordinate sales meetings and appointments for the sales team.
- Schedule and organize product demonstrations.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
- **Lead Generation and Qualification**:
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and distribute them to the appropriate sales representatives.
- Track lead status and update sales pipeline reports regularly.
**Requirements**:
- Experience in sales coordination or a similar role, preferably in the Cloud Business Applications sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of CRM software is desirable.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Knowledge of ERP / HRMS system will be added advantage.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
